How is this different to your Common Espresso?

Same farm, different roast. Coffee Morning is medium roasted for filter and everyday brewing — brighter, more nuanced. Common Espresso is the same beans roasted darker for espresso machines.

What’s the best brewing method?

Filter brewers (V60, Chemex, Moccamaster) bring out the citrus notes beautifully. Cafetière gives you more body. Filter brings out the citrus. Works fine in espresso too if you prefer a brighter shot.

How fresh is the coffee?

Roasted the day it ships. Best within 4 weeks of the roast date, which is printed on every bag.

How should I store it?

Sealed container, away from light and heat. For the 1kg bag, freeze half to lock in freshness.
