Free delivery
- Orders over £12
- All UK subscriptions
- Anywhere in SE18 and SE2. I usually drop these round by hand.
Everything else in the UK
£2, by Royal Mail or Evri.
Abroad
£11.25 to the EU, £22.30 to the rest of the world.
When will it arrive?
Roasted on demand and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Royal Mail usually takes another day or two after that.
Returns
Not happy? Let me know within 30 days and we’ll sort it.
What can come back
Anything unused, in its original packaging. You’ll need your receipt or order number. Gift cards can’t be returned.
Partial refunds
We might only refund part of the cost if something’s been opened or used, is damaged (not by us), or comes back after 30 days. Sale items can’t be refunded.
Faulty or damaged?

You’ll need to cover the postage, which isn’t refundable. For anything pricey, use tracked post, as we can’t refund something that never arrives.
Refunds
Once it’s back and checked, I’ll email to let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks can take a few days to show it, so if it’s not there after a week, give me a shout.
