Speciality coffee, minus the kit

Coffee Morning is our everyday Colombian — soft, sweet and easy-going, with milk chocolate, orange and a clean finish. It’s the one we drink most. This is the same coffee, ground to a filter setting and sealed into a single-serve pour-over bag so you can brew it at your desk, in a hotel room, on a campsite, or anywhere a kettle exists and a grinder doesn’t.

Each bag holds 11g of freshly ground coffee in a hanging-ear filter. No pod machine, no cafetière, no waste beyond the bag itself.

How to brew it

1. Tear along the perforation at the top.
2. Pull out the two paper ears and hook them over the rim of your mug.
3. Pour about 40ml of just-boiled water and wait 30 seconds — the coffee will bloom and rise.
4. Add the rest in two or three slow pours, up to roughly 200ml.
5. Lift the bag out, bin it, drink.

What’s in it

Single origin Colombia, washed, medium roast. Roasted in 1kg batches on our Kaleido M10 in Plumstead, south east London, and ground and packed to order — so it reaches you within days of roasting, not months.
