Which one’s for me?
For a cafetière, filter or pour-over: go medium. Coffee Morning if you want smooth and easy, Colombia Huila if you like it bright and fruity.
For an espresso machine or moka pot (the little stovetop pot): Common Espresso. It’s roasted darker so it’s rich and stands up to milk.
Loads of milk, or find some coffee a bit sharp? Brazil Cerrado. Chocolatey, nutty, low in acidity.
Evenings: the decaf. It actually tastes of something.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole beans stay fresh much longer, so grind them just before you brew if you can. No grinder? We’ll grind it for you: coarse for a cafetière, medium for filter, fine for espresso.
