Single-origin from Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil — the country’s most prestigious growing region, and the first to receive Denomination of Origin status. Natural-processed at 800–1200m altitude, which gives the dried-fruit sweetness and full body.

Is this good for espresso?

Excellent. The chocolate-hazelnut profile makes it ideal for espresso, flat whites and lattes. Also works beautifully in cafetière and filter.

How is this different to your Colombian coffees?

Brazilian coffees are typically lower-acid, nuttier and more chocolatey. Colombian coffees lean brighter, with citrus and red fruit. This is the comforting, milk-friendly option.

How fresh is the coffee?

Roasted the day it ships. Best within 4 weeks of the roast date, which is printed on every bag.

How should I store it?

Sealed container, away from light and heat. For the 1kg bag, freeze half to lock in freshness.
