Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Go to Manage my subscription to cancel, pause or swap coffee. It’s all handled securely by Stripe. No phone calls, no hoops.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. It’s free, by Royal Mail tracked post, and usually turns up a day or two after it’s shipped.
When will it arrive?
Your first bag is roasted on demand and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of signing up. After that, roughly the same time each month.
Can I have it ground?
Yes. Pick your grind when you set it up (it’s 50p extra). Coarse for a cafetière, medium for filter, fine for espresso.
How much coffee is in a bag?
220g, which is about 15 cups, depending on how strong you like it.
How do I get £8 for my first month?
Enter the code COFFEE20 at checkout. After that it’s £10 a month.
