Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes you can cancel any time on the ‘Go to my subscriptions‘ link below. Alternatively the link can be found in the footer. The subscription will be cancelled and we’ll take no more payments.
How much is delivery for subscriptions?
Delivery is free by Royal mail first class tracked post. You should get it within 1 or 2 days after posting.
When will I get my subscription?
Your first order will be despatched the day after ordering by Royal Mail. It will be the same for any following months, as soon as payment is received.
Do you do a ground coffee subscription?
Yes we do! Just select the coffee you want then on the next screen you can select ground as an option. It’s just 50p extra.
