Is this decaf coffee 100% caffeine-free?

No coffee is 100% caffeine-free. Our sugarcane process removes 99.9% of caffeine, leaving trace amounts — typically under 0.1%.

What’s the difference between Sugar Cane and Swiss Water decaf?

Both are chemical-free. Swiss Water uses water and carbon filters; Sugar Cane uses naturally-derived ethyl acetate from sugarcane. Sugar Cane tends to preserve more of the bean’s original flavour and sweetness.

Can I use this in an espresso machine?

Yes. This is a medium roast suited to espresso, filter, cafetière, V60, and moka pot. Grind setting depends on your brewer.

How fresh is the coffee?

Roasted the day it ships. Best enjoyed within 4 weeks of the roast date. The roast date is printed on every bag.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep in a sealed container, away from light and heat. For the 1kg bag, freeze half to lock in freshness.
